#BreakTheBias, cross your arms and show solidarity – this is the 2022 campaign theme for today´s International Women's Day (IWD). Sadly, stereotypes, discrimination and inequality are still crucial factors which girls and women have to face daily. Raising awareness for that and knowing that societies are biased is important however simply not enough. This is the reason why IWD calls out for action which everyone can and should be a part of. So let´s take it to the next level by standing up as well as using our voice to fight for gender equality. To all girls and women worldwide: You are visible and heard. We appreciate and celebrate all of you every single day – Happy International Women's Day!
