PPS for Secondary Schools (General Education)
The Pedagogical-Practical Studies (PPS) and their accompanying courses are an essential component of the Bachelor and Master Programme for Teacher Education for Secondary Schools (General Education).
Students complete a total of eight internships during their eight-semester Bachelor's Programme, namely an orientation internship, six subject or specialisation internships (3 per subject or specialisation) and a research internship. The orientation internship takes place at an NMS, the specialised internships at an AHS/BMHS and/or NMS.
Students of the Master's Programme complete three internships, one in each subject and the pedagogical internship in the school/extracurricular sector.
